1. General Eligibility
- Open to all Diploma, UG, and PG students from any recognized institute across India.
- Individual participation or team participation is allowed.
- Team size must be between 1 to 5 members.
- Inter-college teams are permitted, provided all members carry valid ID cards.
2. Project Domains
Innovations are invited in the following categories:
- AI & Machine Learning (Intelligent systems, data-driven solutions)
- Robotics & Automation (Mechanical & industrial automation)
- IoT & Smart Systems (Connected infrastructure, smart devices)
- Web & App Development (Modern software solutions)
- Blockchain & Web3 (Decentralized technologies)
- Hardware & Embedded Systems (Core electronics & hardware)
- Sustainable / Green Technology (Eco-friendly innovations)
3. Submission & Evaluation
Round 1: Screening
- Initial screening based on submitted Project Abstract and PPT.
- Clarity of idea, social impact, and technical feasibility are key.
Round 2: Prototype Presentation
- Shortlisted teams must present a working prototype or detailed simulation at the venue.
- Teams must bring all necessary specialized hardware/kits.
Important: All projects must be original. Plagiarism will lead to immediate
disqualification.
4. General Instructions
- All participants must maintain the decorum of the University.
- Participants must report to their assigned stalls 30 minutes before the evaluation starts.
- Each team will be provided with basic infrastructure (Table, Power Point, WiFi).
- Decision of the judges will be final and binding.
